Terms of Service

By booking transportation services with Niwot Executive Transport ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Booking and confirmation
All bookings are confirmed personally by Mark April, typically within 1–2 hours of submission. A booking is not final until you receive written confirmation by email or text. We reserve the right to decline bookings that fall outside our service area or capabilities.
Pricing
Our airport transfer rate is a flat $125 one-way from Boulder, Longmont, or Niwot to Denver International Airport (DEN), regardless of time of day or passenger count (within vehicle capacity). All other services — concert rides, mountain excursions, weddings, hourly charters, and vehicle transport — are quoted personally based on distance, duration, and specific requirements. Quotes are valid for 14 days.
Payment
We accept major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and cash. Corporate accounts may be invoiced. Payment is collected at time of booking or after service delivery, depending on service type. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers; we do not store full credit card numbers.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup are free of charge.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled pickup may incur a fee up to the full booking amount.
- No-shows (passenger does not appear at the agreed pickup point and time) are charged the full booking amount.
- Special events (weddings, multi-hour charters) booked more than seven days in advance have separate cancellation terms communicated at booking.
Flight delays and tracking
For airport pickups, we monitor your flight in real time and adjust pickup time based on actual arrival. There is no extra charge for flight delays. If a flight is canceled and the trip is no longer needed, standard cancellation terms apply.
Vehicle and passenger limits
Our Tesla Model Y seats five passengers (driver plus four). Luggage capacity is approximately 76 cubic feet. Bookings exceeding these limits will be declined or referred to alternate arrangements. All passengers must wear seatbelts as required by Colorado law.
Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger whose behavior is unsafe, abusive, or illegal. This includes but is not limited to intoxication to a point of incapacity, illegal drug use, weapons possession, threats, or property damage. Cleaning fees may be charged for damage to vehicle interiors.
Vehicle transport
For long-distance personal vehicle transport: we perform documented pre- and post-trip condition inspections with photographs. Quoted delivery times are estimates and may vary based on weather, road conditions, or unforeseen events. We are not responsible for pre-existing mechanical issues, normal wear and tear, or items left in the vehicle during transport.
Liability
Niwot Executive Transport is fully licensed and insured under Colorado Department of Transportation regulations. Our liability for damages is limited to the amount paid for the service, except where prohibited by law. We are not liable for missed flights, missed events, or other consequential damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, road closures, mechanical failure, or acts of third parties.
Privacy
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Boulder County, Colorado.
